1. Tournament Overview

The BS Latin American CUP is a three-weekend competitive Battle Royale tournament designed to bring together high-level Blood Strike squads from across Latin America.

The tournament combines open competitive participation with country representation.

Each participating squad competes toward two objectives:

The tournament's central competitive question is:

1.Become the BS Latin American CUP Champion.

2.Help the country it represents become the Best Performing Country of the tournament.

The tournament's central competitive question is;

Which country is the best at Blood Strike?

Every registered squad must select one Latin American country to represent.

Country representation will be used throughout the tournament for community engagement, creator content, tournament broadcasts, regional rivalry, and the Country Ranking.

However, the primary competitive unit remains the individual squad.

Even squads representing the same country remain independent opponents and may not cooperate during official matches.

2. Tournament Structure

The BS Latin American CUP will feature a maximum of:

50 Squads

The tournament will take place across three competitive weekends.

  1. Become the BS Latin American CUP Champion.
  2. Help the country it represents become the Best Performing Country of the tournament.

3. Weekend 1 — Qualifiers

The 50 confirmed squads will be divided into:

  • Qualifier Group A — 25 Squads
  • Qualifier Group B — 25 Squads

Each group will compete in:

5 Battle Royale Matches

All qualifier matches will be played on:

THE VALLEY

Teams accumulate points using the official Placement + Kill scoring system.

4. Qualifier Advancement

All 50 squads advance from the Qualifiers to the Playoffs.

However, Qualifier results determine each squad's:

Playoff Seed

At the conclusion of the Qualifiers, all participating squads will be ranked according to their performance.

Qualifier points do not carry into the Playoffs.

The purpose of the Qualifier stage is therefore to establish competitive seeding for Weekend 2.

5. Playoff Seeding

All 50 squads will receive a seed based on their official Qualifier standings.

Seeds will be determined by:

  • Qualifier Group A — 25 Squads
  • Qualifier Group B — 25 Squads

The teams will then be redistributed into two Playoff groups through a snake seeding system.

Example:

  • Seed 1 → Group A
  • Seed 2 → Group B
  • Seed 3 → Group B
  • Seed 4 → Group A
  • Seed 5 → Group A
  • Seed 6 → Group B

The pattern continues until both groups contain 25 teams.

The purpose of snake seeding is to distribute high and low seeds as evenly as possible between both Playoff lobbies.

Once Playoff groups are officially published, assignments are considered final unless Tournament Administration must make an adjustment because of:

  • Withdrawal
  • Disqualification
  • Technical issue
  • Administrative requirement

6. Weekend 2 — Playoffs

The Playoffs will feature:

  • Scoring system
  • Tournament rules

Their scores may be compared directly.

If both 13th-place squads have the same official score, the tournament tie-breakers apply.

9. Weekend 3 — Grand Final

The Grand Final will feature:

25 Squads

All finalists will compete together in a single Battle Royale lobby.

The Grand Final will consist of:

8 Matches

All matches will be played on:

SINISTER ISLAND

Every Grand Finalist begins with:

0 Points

Qualifier and Playoff scores do not carry into the Grand Final.

The squad with the highest official accumulated score after all eight matches will become:

BS LATIN AMERICAN CUP CHAMPION

10. Open Registration

Registration is open to all eligible squads until:

  • The registration deadline is reached

The maximum tournament capacity is:

50 Squads

If more than 50 valid squads register, tournament participation will be awarded to the 50 squads that successfully complete all required registration, meet the requirements and verification steps.

Additional eligible squads may be placed on a waiting list.

Completing the registration form does not guarantee participation until Tournament Administration confirms the squad's tournament slot.

11. Team Registration Requirements

Every squad must register:

  • 4 Starting Players
  • Up to 2 Substitute Player
  • Team Name
  • Team Captain
  • One Latin American Country to Represent
  • Each player's Blood Strike account information
  • Each player's registered competitive platform
  • Required contact information

Each player must be registered as either:

  • PC
  • Mobile

Incomplete, false, inaccurate, or unverifiable registrations may be rejected.

12. Platform Composition Requirements

Every active squad must comply with the BS Latin American CUP platform composition requirements.

A squad may field a maximum of:

2 PC Players Simultaneously

The remaining active players must compete on Mobile.

The standard mixed-platform composition is:

2 PC Players + 2 Mobile Players

However, squads may use fewer PC players if they prefer.

The following active lineups are permitted:

A squad may therefore compete with:

4 Mobile Players

if desired.

A squad may never compete with more than:

2 PC Players

at the same time.

13. Registered Competitive Platform

Every participant must declare their competitive platform during registration.

Players will be registered as:

  • PC Player
  • Mobile Player

A player may not change their registered competitive platform during an official tournament stage without prior approval from Tournament Administration.

A player registered as Mobile may not compete from PC in an official match without approval.

Tournament Administration may conduct platform verification at any time.

14. Platform Rules and Substitutes

Substitute players must also have a registered competitive platform.

A substitution may never result in an active lineup containing more than two PC players.

Example:

A squad registers:

  • Player A — PC
  • Player B — PC
  • Player C — Mobile
  • Player D — Mobile
  • Player E — PC Substitute

Player E may substitute into the active lineup only if Player A or Player B leaves the lineup.

The following active combination would be prohibited:

Player A — PC
Player B — PC
Player E — PC
Player C — Mobile

because it contains three PC players.

15. Acceptance of Platform Rules During Registration

Participation in the BS Latin American CUP requires explicit acceptance of the platform composition rules.

During registration, the Team Captain must confirm that the entire squad understands and accepts that:

  • A maximum of two PC players may compete simultaneously.
  • Teams may use fewer than two PC players.
  • Teams may field four Mobile players.
  • Every player's competitive platform must be declared.
  • Substitutions must maintain a legal platform composition.
  • Tournament Administration may verify player platforms.
  • Violations may result in point penalties, Match Penalties, or disqualification.

Registration must include a mandatory confirmation equivalent to:

I confirm that my squad understands and accepts the BS Latin American CUP platform composition rule. No more than two PC players may participate simultaneously in our active lineup during any official tournament match.

Submitting registration constitutes acceptance of this requirement.

16. Player Eligibility

Participants must:

  • Have an active Blood Strike account in good standing.
  • Meet applicable age requirements.
  • Comply with Blood Strike's Terms of Service.
  • Not be banned from official Blood Strike competition.
  • Participate only through their registered tournament account.
  • Compete from their registered platform unless otherwise approved.
  • Be available during the official tournament schedule.
  • Follow this rulebook.

A player may participate for:

One Squad Only

Once a player participates in an official tournament match, that player may not transfer to another participating squad.

17. Country Representation

Every squad must select:

One Latin American Country

to represent during registration.

A squad may represent only one country throughout the tournament.

Multiple squads may represent the same country.

Once registration closes, the selected country becomes locked.

A squad may not change its country during:

  • Qualifiers
  • Playoffs
  • Grand Final

Country representation will be used for:

  • Tournament identity
  • Broadcast storytelling
  • Creator campaigns
  • Social media
  • Community rivalry
  • Country Standings
  • Best Performing Country recognition
  • Country Award eligibility

18. Nationality and Country Selection

Players are not required to be citizens or residents of the country their squad chooses to represent unless Tournament Administration communicates otherwise before registration opens.

Mixed-nationality teams are allowed.

The squad collectively selects one country.

This system is intended to promote Latin American regional representation without requiring nationality verification for every participant.

19. Country Ranking

The BS Latin American CUP will maintain an official:

COUNTRY RANKING

Each country's position is determined by the performance of its:

Highest-Ranked Eligible Squad

Only one squad per country contributes to that country's official Country Ranking at any given time.

Example:

Country

Highest-Ranked Squad

Score

Mexico

Team Alpha

132

Colombia

Team Nova

125

Brazil

Team Storm

121

Peru

Team Eclipse

114

If another squad representing the same country earns a higher official score, that squad becomes the country's active representative in the Country Ranking.

20. Country Ranking by Stage

Country Rankings are calculated independently during every competitive stage.

Qualifiers

Country Rankings use Qualifier scores.

Playoffs

Country Rankings reset and use Playoff scores only.

Grand Final

Country Rankings reset and use Grand Final scores only.

Only the Grand Final Country Ranking determines:

  • Best Performing Country
  • $1,000 Country Award

All Country Rankings published before official validation are:

Provisional

21. Best Performing Country

The country represented by the highest-scoring eligible Grand Final squad will be recognized as:

BEST PERFORMING COUNTRY — BS LATIN AMERICAN CUP

The squad responsible for achieving the highest Country Ranking will receive:

USD $1,000 COUNTRY AWARD

The Country Award is paid to the winning squad.

It is not distributed between every squad representing that country.

22. Country Award Eligibility

The $1,000 Country Award is awarded to the squad whose official Grand Final score places its selected country first in the final Country Ranking.

If multiple squads represent the winning country, only the:

Highest-Scoring Eligible Squad

receives the award.

Example:

Mexico Squad

Grand Final Score

Mexico Team A

146

Mexico Team B

123

Mexico Team C

108

Mexico Team A represents Mexico in the Country Ranking.

If 146 is the highest Country Ranking score overall:

  • Mexico becomes Best Performing Country.
  • Mexico Team A receives the $1,000 Country Award.

23. Country Award and Placement Prizes

The Country Award is additional to the standard tournament prizes.

A squad may receive both.

Example:

If the tournament champion also represents the Best Performing Country:

1st Place: $3,500 USD
Country Award: $1,000 USD

Total:

$4,500 USD

24. Country Competition and Competitive Independence

Country representation does not create alliances.

Every squad is an independent opponent.

Squads representing the same country may not:

  • Agree not to attack each other.
  • Coordinate rotations.
  • Share enemy positions.
  • Share live strategic information.
  • Protect each other.
  • Feed kills.
  • Trade eliminations.
  • Coordinate placements.
  • Target opponents at another team's request.
  • Manipulate Country Standings.
  • Manipulate Country Award eligibility.

Country identity is a tournament narrative and ranking mechanic.

It does not permit cooperation between squads.

25. Collusion

Any agreement or coordinated behavior between separate squads intended to influence:

  • Match results
  • Kills
  • Placement
  • Playoff qualification
  • Grand Final qualification
  • Country Rankings
  • Country Award eligibility

may be considered collusion.

Confirmed intentional collusion is a severe competitive integrity violation and may result in:

Tournament Disqualification

26. Country Ranking Recalculation After Penalties

Country Rankings always use the current official standings.

Whenever a penalty changes a squad's score:

  1. The squad's official score is recalculated.
  2. Stage standings are recalculated.
  3. Country Standings are recalculated.
  4. Country Award eligibility is recalculated where applicable.
  5. If another squad representing the same country now has a higher official score, that squad becomes the country's representative.

Previously published Country Rankings may therefore change retroactively.

27. Country Award Recalculation

The $1,000 Country Award is determined using:

Final Corrected Grand Final Standings

If a penalty affects the squad representing the current leading country:

  1. Its score is adjusted.
  2. The Country Ranking is recalculated.
  3. Another squad representing the same country may replace it.
  4. Another country may move into first place.

The Country Award is not finalized until all:

  • Its score is adjusted.
  • The Country Ranking is recalculated.
  • Another squad representing the same country may replace it.
  • Another country may move into first place.

have concluded.

28. Country Ranking Tie-Breakers

If two countries have the same Country Ranking score, their respective leading squads will be compared using:

  1. Most Total Kills
  2. Most Match Wins
  3. Best Average Placement
  4. Best Placement in the Most Recent Match
  5. Most Kills in the Most Recent Match

The squad winning the tie-break determines the higher-ranked country.

29. Team Rosters

Each team may register:

4 Starting Players + 2 Substitute

Only registered players may participate.

Substitutions may occur between matches if communicated according to Tournament Administration procedures.

Every active roster must remain compliant with the:

Maximum 2 PC Player Rule

Teams may not:

  1. Use unauthorized players.
  2. Borrow players.
  3. Transfer players between squads.
  4. Share accounts.
  5. Use a substitute in a way that produces an illegal platform composition.

30. Team Captain Responsibilities

Every squad must appoint one Team Captain.

The Team Captain is responsible for:

  • Registration
  • Platform declarations
  • Country selection
  • Check-in
  • Lobby information
  • Roster management
  • Substitution requests
  • Tournament communication
  • Score disputes
  • Competitive protests
  • Ensuring all teammates understand the rules

Official communication sent to the Team Captain is considered communication to the entire squad.

31. Match Check-In

Teams must complete official check-in before each tournament session.

Check-in deadlines will be communicated in advance.

Failure to check in may result in:

  • Administrative Reminder
  • Official Warning
  • Point Penalty
  • Loss of participation in the affected match
  • Further disciplinary action for repeated offenses

Tournament Administration is not required to delay an official lobby for a late squad.

32. Tournament Scoring System

The BS Latin American CUP uses a:

Dual Scoring System

Teams earn points through:

  1. Placement
  2. Kills

The official formula is:

Placement Points + Kill Points = Match Score

33. Placement Points

Only Grand Final results determine the following:

  • Top 3 Prize Winners

This is decided with all the performance among the Tournament:

  • Final Country Ranking
  • Best Performing Country
  • $1,000 Country Award

38. Tournament Tie-Breakers

If two or more squads have the same official Stage Score, ties are resolved using:

  • Most Total Kills
  • Most Match Wins
  • Best Average Placement
  • Best Placement in the Most Recent Match
  • Most Kills in the Most Recent Match
  • Tournament Administration ruling or Tie-Break Match if necessary

39. Wildcard Tie-Breaker

  1. Most Total Kills
  2. Most Match Wins
  3. Best Average Placement
  4. Best Placement in the Final Playoff Match
  5. Most Kills in the Final Playoff Match

40. Penalty Framework

51. Repeat Offenses

Repeated violations may result in escalating penalties.

General guideline:

Level 0 → Level 1 → Level 2 → Level 3 → Level 4 or higher

Tournament Administration may escalate immediately where intent or competitive impact warrants a stronger penalty.

52. Penalty Application

Point penalties are deducted directly from the team's official Stage Score.

Example:
