At Blood Strike, we take cheating very seriously. We have a zero-tolerance policy against cheating programs that disrupt the game and ruin the experience for others. When we detect cheating, offenders will be promptly banned. We encourage all players to join our anti-cheating initiative, help us maintain a fair and positive gaming environment, and refrain from using third-party software that exploits the game.

What happens to offenders?
Once cheating behavior is identified, offenders will receive a 10-year ban on their account across all platforms (including Android, iOS, PC, etc). They will lose access to the game completely. For repeat offenders, we reserve the right to blacklist their devices permanently.

Hang on a minute! What actions result in a ban?
Don't worry, we only punish those who cheat purposely.
The following actions will lead to a ban:
1. Cheating:
 - Modifying the game client using unauthorized third-party programs.
 - Using modified game clients obtained from unofficial sources.
 - Extracting and modifying game data.
 - Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, decompile game codes, or falsify game client communication data.
2. Promoting cheating:
 - Encouraging cheating behavior through in-game chat channels. If we find evidence of this, we will impose a 10-year ban on your account across all platforms, and your access will be restricted.

What should I do if my account is mistakenly banned or if I find other players engaging in misconduct?

I discovered another player engaging in misconduct, but why haven't they been punished?
We carefully review all reports and take appropriate action against the accounts and devices involved in these behaviors. However, if a report lacks evidence and sufficient information, it becomes challenging to enforce bans. To ensure the effectiveness of your reports, please make sure to submit detailed and comprehensive materials.

I have submitted an appeal. How long will it take to be unbanned?
We will review your appeal and compare the information provided with our data. If we verify that an erroneous punishment has occurred, we will lift the ban immediately.
